- Key HSE and Quality responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the Oceaneering HSE & Quality Core Processes and HSE & Quality objectives and Action Improvement plans;
- Providing support for the Oceaneering Crisis Management Team, where required;
- Involvement in the review and approval process for corporate and site Management System documentation;
- Support & participate in HSE & Quality Audits;
- Responsibility for his/her own health and safety and that of other persons affected by his/her activities; and
- For managers and supervisors, actively leading HSE & Quality initiatives and demonstrating HSE & Quality leadership; and
- Responsibilities and key performance indicators
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, Other duties may be assigned:_
- Ensuring that Oceaneering's HSE Management System and expectations are fully implemented with Regional Operations and compliant with local regulations
- Taking action to maximise the contribution of own area to the company's profitability and growth by constantly looking for opportunities to improve business performance and managing business operations to maintain competitive advantage
- Conducting forklift daily maintenance checks and operations
- Controlling and QC of all receivals
- Assisting with the management of SCM's document control requirements
- Controlling all outgoing deliveries and ensuring they comply with SCM processes
- Picking of inventory
- Packing and labelling of all shipments
- Barcoding and packing of inventory
- Maintaining warehouse and workshop in a clean and tidy manner to meet 5S standards
- Prepare written instructions;
- Carry out and supervise all tasks at or below Level II, and
- Report the results of non-destructive tests.

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar or senior role within Inventory and Warehouse operations.
