Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered on the menu. Prepare and serve drinks & beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations. Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times. Address all guests and staff in a polite, professional and courteous manner promoting a welcoming and respectful environment.
