The Role
* Taking charge of project delivery from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and client expectations are met.
* Leading teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee project success.
* Preparing and managing project documentation, including reports and budgets.
* Identifying risks, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Criteria
* 2+ years as a Project Manager overseeing projects up to $3M; a background in subcontracting is highly regarded, or 3+ years as a Contracts Administrator
* Confident in program management, short-term planning and sequencing with supervision/site team
* Excellent client-facing communication, able to represent the business professionally with councils, consultants and end users
* Competent in forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting, with attention to detail
