Client Services Manager, Digital Agency
This is a well-established digital agency with a global footprint and a track record across some genuinely interesting work. Health, entertainment, eCommerce, government, behaviour change, AR/VR. The kind of place where the brief is never quite the same twice, even if the accounts you manage feel steady.
They are not a revolving door. Some of their client relationships are six years old. That tells you something about how they operate.
The role
You will own a small portfolio of ongoing service agreement accounts. No big builds, no launch pressure. Your job is to make sure the clients feel looked after, the work keeps moving and nothing falls through the gap between internal teams and external expectations.
It sounds simple. The people who are good at it know it is not.
What you will actually be doing
* Managing six accounts across different industries and different tempos
* Running regular check-ins and keeping communication clean and consistent
* Coordinating with internal production and dev teams on delivery and SLAs
* Spotting when an account needs attention before the client says so
* Growing relationships where the opportunity is there naturally
Who this suits
You have worked in an agency. You know the difference between a client who just needs a quick call and one who needs careful handling. You are not someone who needs a massive project to feel like the day was worth it.
