About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to create engaging content, and have experience in managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our organisational priorities.
* Create high-quality content for social media, including graphics, videos, and posts, using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Rush.
* Plan and manage events for various audience groups, from small engagement activities to larger scale activities with multiple stakeholders.
* Manage multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities while maintaining strong professional relationships by being flexible, respectful, and resilient.
Requirements:
* Be of Aboriginal descent and identify as an Aboriginal person accepted by the Aboriginal community.
* Demonstrated experience working in a community-led organisation and knowledge of the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.
