About the role
Join the dynamic team at Cameron Rogers & Co Solicitors' as a Commercial and Wills & Estates Solicitor. In this full-time role based in Buderim QLD 4556, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients, with a focus on commercial law, property law and wills & estates matters.
What you'll be doing
* Advise clients on a wide range of commercial legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, along with business structuring
* Advise and assist clients with the commercial and retail leasing matters
* Assist clients with estate planning, wills, and probate matters
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support the firm's practices
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
* Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's practices
What we're looking for
* 1-3 years of post-admission experience in a legal environment
* Excellent knowledge of commercial law, property law and wills & estates practice areas
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
