Job Title
A career-focused individual is sought after to fill a permanent role as a Project and Billing Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess around 1 year of experience in billing, reporting, and administration. They will be proactive and detail-focused, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contract billing and invoicing: Collect data from delivery teams, prepare invoices, review with service leads, and submit to clients.
* Track outstanding payments: Monitor overdue invoices and coordinate follow-up with finance and contract teams.
* Prepare and submit operational reports: Support monthly reporting and data tracking activities.
* Coordinate project communications: Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and scheduling.
* Provide general administrative support: Manage day-to-day admin tasks including courier logistics and stakeholder coordination.
* Handle ad-hoc service requests: Prepare quotes, coordinate work with technical staff, and manage billing for non-standard services.
Requirements
* AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
* Around 1 year of experience in billing, reporting, contract administration, or project support
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Clear and confident communication with internal teams and external clients
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience working with or supporting government clients (desirable)
* Comfortable using business tools and systems to manage workflows
