Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a busy switchboard and direct inquiries with professionalism.
* Provide a high-quality experience for customers and visitors to our Head Office.
* Ensure the presentation of our reception area and meeting rooms are always impeccable.
* Carry out general administrative duties to support the team.
* Assist in data collection and cleansing in preparation for new systems.

* Prior reception or customer service experience (essential).
* A friendly, client-focused attitude (essential).
* Strong data entry skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
