Your Role as a Secrets Business Leader:
- Lead & Inspire – Coach and elevate your team to success across 2 stores
- Own the Results – Drive sales and performance with strategic planning
- Deliver Luxury – Create unforgettable experiences for every customer
- Grow Your Business – Build a loyal client base and run your store like it’s your own
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing KPIs)
- A track record of team development and business growth
- A passion for premium customer service
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro
- Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience
