With our continued growth, we're now seeking an experienced Property Manager to take great care of a well-maintained rent roll and play an important role in the next phase of our business journey.

You'll work remotely and in the office, working with an inspection manager and property management assistant, allowing you to focus on what you do best — managing relationships and delivering outstanding service.
About the Role
* Manage an established and well-looked-after portfolio
* Supported by a property management assistant
* Day-to-day portfolio management including:
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Arrears oversight
* Maintenance coordination
* General property management administration
* Exit reports
* No trust accounting required
* Routine inspections and entry condition reports handled by an inspection manager
* Work closely with the Director, who remains hands-on with leasing and client support
* Supported by strong, streamlined systems (PropertyMe)
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude
* An experienced Property Manager available 20–25 hours per week (flexible days and structure)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
* Confident working autonomously with minimal supervision, but must be able to work within the team.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional and calm handling of landlords and tenants
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Experience using PropertyMe
