Job Title:
An IT Service Management Specialist is required to lead the implementation of service management practices aligned with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery, preferably within a Defence sector setting.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and their practical application is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvement initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on service management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery, preferably in Defence.
* Proficiency in ITIL Principles and their practical application.
* Experience in establishing continual service improvement practices post-transition.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
