Your Role: We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to drive sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
This is a remote role with flexible hours ****** hours per week), plus occasional on-call support.
High performers have the opportunity for future profit-share participation as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide product advice and quotations
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Proactively contact tradespeople to introduce and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and assist them through the sign-up process
Pay supplier invoices and ensure timely processing
Collaborate with our suppliers, logistics, and support teams
Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
Support other internal teams with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Own ABN (Australian Business Number) or Tax File Number Options
Fluent, professional English skills – both spoken and written
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Proven reliability and ability to work independently
Strong sales and customer service experience (renovation or hardware sector a plus)
Comfortable with technology and online platforms
Able to work remotely in a quiet and professional environment
