About Your New Job
Glen Innes District Hospital are seeking energetic and self-motivated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our team. You will gain valuable experience across both our Emergency Department (ED) and our General Ward. In a typical day, you will be providing exceptional person-centred care to the patients within the hospital under the guidance of the Registered Nurses (RNs).
You won't be working alone. You'll be provided with a thorough orientation by the Registered Nurse (RN) and will have ongoing support from the RN, Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and Health Service Manager. Education and professional development are supported and encouraged. The staff support each other and are genuine in their care of patients. We offer the highest standard of patient care, advocating for their individual needs in care planning. We work together to make a difference resourcing each other's skills.
