Melbourne Acquisitions is a boutique Real Estate agency office. The company specialises in development site and investment sales brokerage. Our clients include industry leading private and public corporations and government.

We provide cutting-edge property solutions to developers, investors, landlords and tenants.

We are seeking an experienced administration professional with strong credentials to support the director.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Assist with general office administration

- Provide sales, leasing and management support

- Manage databases and client liaison

- Prepare submissions, IM's and management reports

- Assist with accounts and marketing

- Coordinate events and travel

- Diary, social media and website management

Ideally you will be a highly organised and motivated self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, ability to multi-task within a small team and busy office environment and possess a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

To be considered for this role, the following are essential:

- Property, sales and/or marketing support experience (3 years minimum)

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft skills

(Preferred but not essential)

- Agents Representative

- Agentbox and Adobe CC experience

- Superior customer service
