About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to oversee the management of Aboriginal Housing in Batemans Bay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of housing services and community engagement.
* Provide coaching, support and supervision to the tenancy team members.
* Manage team performance, recruitment, training, induction and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Address escalated complaints and resolve housing disputes and conflicts effectively.
**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
* Cert IV in Social Housing and/or other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience OR a 4 year degree with minimal experience.
* Awareness of regulatory frameworks governing housing operations.
* Demonstrated good standard of written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrated skill resolving conflict and disputes in a similar environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Aboriginal culture and cultural safe communication practices.
