An established and highly respected civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its growing team, delivering local land development and subdivision projects across the Newcastle region.
The Role
* Supervise day-to-day site operations on land development and subdivision projects
* Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
* Ensure works are delivered in line with program, budget and quality requirements
* Maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance
* Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and inspectors
* Mentor and lead site crews, setting a positive and professional culture
About You
* Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, ideally subdivisions or land development
* Strong understanding of civil construction processes and sequencing
* Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
* Relevant tickets and licences (e.g. White Card, driver's licence)
