Senior Corporate Finance Leader Position
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Corporate Finance Leader to spearhead our mid-market transactional activities, mentor junior team members and collaborate with the corporate finance division. This role involves:
* Managing a portfolio of transactions from initiation to completion.
* Mentoring and developing the skills of junior team members.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, expertise in financial modeling, and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as accounting or finance. In addition to technical competence, we are looking for candidates who can effectively communicate complex financial ideas and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
