About The Position
This position is located in our Community Centre, where you will be assisting with providing social support services within a group setting at our community centre and within community.
* Facilitate engaging group activities that encourage social interaction and community participation.
* Support clients to build connections, maintain independence, and enhance quality of life.
* Assist with planning and delivering programs that are meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to client interests.
* Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
* Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.
About You
* Bright and bubbly personality
* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Current First Aid and CPR, or willing to obtain
* Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
* Smart Phone
* Current Driver's Licence
* Ability to engage with our customers and provide supports where needed
