Responsibilities

* Oversee the strategic management of Crop Science licensing and associated technology partnerships in our Trait and Crop Protection portfolios.
* Manage commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements to fulfill crop science annual operating and business model requirements.
* Ensure transparency and governance in license execution with third parties and their ongoing relationship management.
* Maintain and develop third party licensee relationships, overseeing seasonal obligations and Bayer requirements.
* Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials to promote stewardship and compliance with relevant licenses.
* Review marketing programs and update licensing agreements as needed.
* Distribute electronic agreements to third parties for signing and return.
* Review seasonal audit requirements, monitor results, and follow up on remediation.
* Define the short and long term glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ, collaborating with cluster and regional Asset and Portfolio stakeholders.
* Develop and execute Bayer Crop Science strategy for in-licensing products to support overall portfolio footprint.


Qualifications

* Experience in licensing product management or a relevant marketing discipline.
* Extensive experience working within the agricultural seed and chemical market.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Contract engagement knowledge.
* Effective collaboration with external industry groups.
* Experience working remotely and across cultures.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
