Lead Clinical Team
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team at Victoria Park House in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
The successful applicant will deliver high-quality client-focused care and supervise staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct staff delivering exceptional care to residents
* Conduct comprehensive health needs assessments and document results accurately
* Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies
* Promote a culture of excellence and respect within the organization
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
* Strong knowledge of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles
* Proven experience in multitasking and team leadership
