Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and report any incidents promptly.
* Oversee multiple sites through regular visits, performance analysis, and development planning.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control debt to achieve business targets.
* Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet and exceed national quality standards.
* Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, and retention.
Requirements
* Proven experience in early childhood education with multi-site management.
* Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
* Excellent leadership, budgeting, and time management skills.
* Valid Working with Children Check and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
