Komatsu is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our operations in Bunbury, Western Australia.
You'll be joining a leader in the heavy mining equipment industry and play a critical role in driving the success of our Bunbury branch.
You will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including safety, sales, service, parts, and customer relationships while maintaining and growing revenue.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers significant career growth potential within Komatsu.
We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong operational and strategic skills, a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and a deep understanding of the mining industry and equipment.

What We Are Looking For
* Earthmoving, mining industry and Komatsu machine experience preferred
* Sales and marketing ability to develop the Komatsu brand and find growth markets
* Strong ability to analyse HSE risks and lead the team safely with a commitment to a zero harm workplace.
* Sound understanding of financial reports including P&L budgets and forecasts
* Strong professional written and oral ability
* Willing to pass on knowledge by training and developing team members
* Clearly communicate & present the regional strategy to employees, ensuring clear instructions and directions
