Customer Sales & Service – Repco Wollongong – Casual
Retail Assistant focused on delivering great customer experiences in person, over the phone, and online. This role supports after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers
* Contribute to positive sales performance through strong customer service
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Process stock; receive, dispatch and store
* Work as an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative Repco team member and contribute to a positive team culture
* Maintain a safety focus to protect yourself, teammates and customers
Requirements
* Available to work flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends
* Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet business needs
* A valid driver's licence is required
* Note: this role will require lifting, bending and climbing
