About this role:
* As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of approximately 150 customers within Medical Wholesale, and driving business development in the General Practice market.
Main Responsibilities
* Achieve revenue targets for assigned territory;
* Identify and convert opportunities for new business and grow existing accounts;
* Partner with business owners to maximise their potential and leverage available services;
* Convert competitor products to provide increased value to customers;
* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with defined SLAs and KPIs;
* Prepare and present sales reports on your territory;
* Monitor competitor and market activity, emerging issues, trends.
