Job Title: Health Information Clerk
As a Health Information Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retrieving and delivering medical records to and from wards
* Sorting and assembling medical records for scanning
* Scanning and filing medical records
* Assisting with record requests, both on and off-site
Requirements:
* Experience in computer systems
* Previous experience in medical records or healthcare industry
* Flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:30am and 5:30pm
* Knowledge of computer systems and programs
* Excellent communication skills for dealing with phone inquiries and staff
