We are seeking an experienced Strata Community Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
* This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of strata schemes, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with council of owners, lot owners, tenants, real estate agents, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, access letters, and general correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
3. Chair strata company General Meetings and Council Meetings, ensuring all matters are discussed and resolved in accordance with the Strata Scheme's by-laws and relevant legislation.
4. Organize property maintenance, seek quotes, and issue work orders to maintain the properties under management.
5. Monitor and report on financial performance and activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
Key Requirements:
* Certificate IV Accreditation in Strata Community Management or at least 1-2 years experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of strata law and regulatory requirements.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative team player who can build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
* Highly organized, exceptional time management skills, high attention to detail, and efficient problem solver who can prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
