The

Our client is an award-winning advisor with a holistic, big picture approach to Real Estate & Property. An opening has become available for an experienced Head of Department or Senior Property Manager to transition into a strategic thinking business and lead a successful team.
**The Role - Exclusive to Gough Recruitment**
This role encompasses both leadership responsibilities as well as residential property portfolio management. Responsibilities include:
- Build and assist in the growth of the Property Management division
- Offer strong leadership and lead by example to the Property Management team
- Organise and prepare 1:1 meetings with staff
- Oversee the roll-out of operational procedures and Softwares
- Prepare budgets and reporting required for management meetings
- Liaise with landlords ensuring all matters involving their investment are running smoothly
- Refunds in conjunction with trust accountant
- Representing landlords at the tribunal if required
- Addressing and diffusing conflict between staff, tenants and landlords
- In office duties only
- Dedicated Assistant does all out of office
- Oversee the rent roll and PM department
- NO trust accounting

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager who has managed staff or a Team Leader
- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate
- Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)
- **Previous Team Leader experience ESSENTIAL**
