Key Responsibilities
* Daily Operations Support: Ensure seamless daily operations of the Karratha Warehouse and Trade Centre.
* Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, including order processing, communication, and stock handling.
* Documentation Management: Process documentation such as ROSAs, dangerous goods paperwork, sales, and delivery documents.
* Stock Management: Manage stock: receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, despatching, cycle counts, and stocktakes.
* Damage Control and Customer Enquiries: Handle damaged stock and customer enquiries/complaints.
* Purchasing and Invoicing: Perform purchasing, despatch, and invoicing tasks as required.
* Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with reporting, data entry, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain safety, housekeeping (5S), and environmental standards, including immediate spill control.
* Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with suppliers and work collaboratively with the Trade Centre team.
* Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine equipment checks and report defects.
* Team Support: Support the Trade Centre in the manager's absence.
