As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in food safety and quality excellence. We are seeking an experienced Quality Leader to uplift standards, build capability, and ensure every beer we make lives up to our high expectations.
About the Role
You will report directly to the Brewery Manager and own the site's quality and food safety systems. You will lead a small but passionate Technical & Quality team and work closely with Brewing, Packaging, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent product quality, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement across the brewery.
