Account Manager – Inside Sales
We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients and agencies in out-of-home media sales. Manage new and existing client relationships, ensure campaign performance, and drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and proposing solutions. Key to this role will be a combination of proactive sales conversations with existing clients, as well as instigating new partnerships for the business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to business management.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
* Understand client business objectives and advertising goals.
* Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
* Conduct regular check-ins and meetings (including face-to-face) with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.
Strategic Account Growth and Revenue Generation
* Develop and implement account plans and strategies to meet sales targets, drive revenue growth and increase market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing business to maximize revenue.
Campaign Management
* Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver exceptional results for our clients & their customers
* Provide feedback and insights to improve internal processes and services.
Revenue Pipeline Management
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account performance to senior management.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution and Client Support
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.
Required Skills
* Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
* 4+ years experience in sales, advertising, account management, or business development, within out-of-home and/or digital platforms.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
* Proficiency in using CRM software (including CRM software like Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
