Southern Downs 4x4 is a locally owned and operated 4WD accessories business based in Warwick, QLD. As the region's ARB Stockist, we supply and fit a wide range of premium 4x4 accessories for touring, off-road, and work vehicles.
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused 4x4 Accessories Salesperson to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, understands 4WD setups, and takes pride in keeping stock and inventory organised. You will be involved in both front-of-house sales and behind-the-scenes stock control.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with 4x4 accessory selection and vehicle builds
* Providing knowledgeable advice on ARB and other 4x4 accessories
* Preparing quotes and processing sales
* Managing stock levels, inventory control, and stock ordering
* Receiving and checking incoming stock
* Maintaining accurate inventory records
* Liaising with workshop staff to ensure correct parts availability
* Maintaining a clean, organised showroom and stock area
* Delivering excellent customer service from enquiry through to sale
Skills & Experience
* Previous sales experience (4x4, automotive, or trade retail highly regarded)
* Knowledge or strong interest in 4WD vehicles and accessories
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with stock control and inventory systems (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Computer literacy (POS and quoting systems)
