Mobile Phone Technician / Sales Assistant – Townsville
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our Townsville store.
This role includes both phone repair and retail sales, so we are looking for someone hands-on, responsible, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
Perform mobile phone repairs (screen, battery, basic diagnostics)
Assist customers with product selection and sales
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
Follow store procedures and daily targets
Requirements (IMPORTANT – Please read before applying)
Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours
Must have basic English communication skills
Must be reliable and punctual
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Phone repair experience is highly preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
Salary & Benefits
$30– $35per hour (based on experience)
