Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BOH Manager at The Goomeri Bakery located in Goomeri, QLD. The BOH Manager will oversee back-of-house operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, supervising kitchen activities, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operation. Additionally, the BOH Manager will manage vendor relationships, monitor food costs, and collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in kitchen management and culinary skills
* Proficient in inventory management and staff scheduling
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Good communication and leadership abilities
* Experience in a bakery or similar food service environment is a plus
