About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and trusted Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential, and proactive support to the Chief Executive Officer and broader C-suite.
This is a pivotal role that enables executive effectiveness through exceptional administrative support, coordination of governance processes, stakeholder liaison, and the effective management of executive priorities.
Operating at a senior level within the organisation, the Executive Assistant will be required to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and adaptability, while working autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and C-suite, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing competing priorities and ensuring executives are well prepared for meetings and engagements.
Coordinate governance processes, including board and committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Support executive projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Anticipate issues and proactively resolve administrative or logistical challenges.

About You
Essential:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting C-suite or Board-level executives.
Demonstrated experience working in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of executive-level processes and corporate governance.
Advanced organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Desirable:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Communications.
Experience in regional/resource-sector communications and issues management.
