One of Melbourne's largest insulation companies is looking for an energetic, motivated Salesperson to join their growing team.
This role suits someone with a construction background or sales experience who is a quick learner, enjoys meeting people, and wants a role with real earning potential.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position, split between:
* On the road meeting with potential clients, building relationships, and generating new business
* In the office following up leads, managing your pipeline, and supporting sales activity
You'll be representing a well-established brand in the construction space and helping grow an already strong client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Meet clients face-to-face across Melbourne
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up leads
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions
About You
* Background in construction (preferred) or sales experience
* A quick learner who picks up products and processes fast
* Energetic, confident, and personable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
