Executive Assistant Opportunity
In the dynamic travel and tourism industry, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple senior directors.
This is a full-time opportunity with temporary contract hours starting in February 2025. Our ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills to deliver high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to two senior directors.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and prepare documents for meetings.
* Coordinate and arrange meetings, including venues, minute-taking, and distribution of minutes.
* Draft correspondence on behalf of directors and assist with email management.
* Handle expense reconciliations and support financial administration tasks.
* Prepare critical documents, such as board papers, reports, and presentations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience providing high-level support to executives and boards of directors.
* Experience as an EA to senior executives in a corporate setting.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
