The Role
This hands-on role requires you to work closely with our Administration Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Clinical Director.
* You will lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and clinic workflow.
* You will manage billing, banking, and Medicare-related activities.
* You will provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members.
* You will convey business updates from management and oversee the correct application of changes.
* You will plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management.
* You will utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries.
* You will identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous leadership experience within a Radiology setting.
* Knowledge of patient workflow and supporting administration processes, policies, and Medicare billing.
* The ability to lead by example and motivate and mentor a team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills.
* Sound problem-solving skills.
* A keen eye for detail.
