As a clinical assessment professional, you'll play a crucial role in identifying the needs of older adults and connecting them with services that support their well-being.

Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
* Tertiary education in a health-related discipline, such as nursing, occupational therapy, or social work.
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and client management systems.
* A current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel within your service area.
