We are seeking a Program Officer in Aged Care Services at Spectrum, you will play a key role in supporting the Support for Carers Program and the delivery of additional carer support services. This role focuses on assisting carers and unpaid carers—particularly those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds—by helping to alleviate the burden of their caring responsibilities. Through intake, assessment, and care planning, you'll connect with elderly clients and their carers, building trust and rapport across multiple aged care programs. Your contribution will help older people remain at home longer, while ensuring their carers feel supported, empowered, and well‐resourced.
