This is a relationship-driven sales and account management role inside a fast-moving signage business. You will own client accounts end to end — from first conversation and quoting through to handover and delivery — making sure expectations are clear, communication is tight, and outcomes protect the client's brand.

A minimum of 1-2 years sales experience is required for this position.

1-2 years of account management experience is required to effectively manage client accounts from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Overview of the position

This is a Sales / Account Manager role for someone who enjoys owning relationships and driving work through the business cleanly. You will be responsible for growing and managing accounts, generating new opportunities, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to the delivery team.

You are the bridge between the client and the internal team — setting jobs up for success from the start.

Our expectations of you

* Own client relationships from enquiry to delivery, acting as the primary point of contact
* Identify, quote, and close new signage opportunities within existing and new accounts
* Maintain clear scopes, timelines, and expectations, with fast, accurate responses to client queries and variations
* Prepare thorough handovers so estimating, design, production and install teams can deliver without friction
* Keep CRM, job notes, and forecasts accurate and up to date
* Proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes — no surprises for clients or the team
* Build long-term partnerships by understanding client brands, sites, and future needs
* Represent the business professionally and confidently in meetings, site visits, and presentations

You will thrive here if you are

* Experienced in sales or account management within signage, print, construction, fit-out, or a similar project-based environment
* Signage industry experience is preferred but not required for this position
* Confident talking to decision-makers and comfortable asking for the sale
* Organised, detail-driven, and sharp with follow-up — you don't let things slip
* Clear and direct in communication, without ego or fluff
* Commercially minded, able to balance client needs with business realities
* Accountable by default — you own relationships, outcomes, and numbers
* Genuinely interested in building trust, not just closing deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
