We've launched with buzz. Now we're ready for the next chapter: keeping the energy alive every week with unique, first-to-market experiences that surprise, delight, and set us apart. We're looking for an Experiential Marketing Producer to turn bold creative ideas into unforgettable, scrappy-but-stylish activations — making our shop a destination people talk about, share, and return to again and again.
The Role
This is not a traditional marketing job.
This is a producer-marketer hybrid: part event host, part project manager, part brand builder.
You'll own the Weekly Activation Calendar, lead in-store experiences, bring fresh, one-of-a-kind energy to our shop floor, and make sure we capture content moments that ripple out across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You'll also measure impact, ensuring activations don't just look good but actually drive foot traffic, repeat visits, and community buzz.
Think never-been-seen themed nights, first-to-market menu drops, SURPRiZE giveaways, and unexpected pop-up collabs — imagined with our creative team and brought to life by you, produced and executed end-to-end.
What You'll Do
In-Store Energy & Activations
• Own and run the weekly activation calendar
• Bring concepts to life with costumes, props, décor, and guest engagement
• Ensure activations tie to measurable goals: foot traffic, sales, repeat visits, sign-ups
Content & Social Fuel
• Make sure we capture "this-is-so-SMiZE" moments in real time (or brief a creator)
• Feed content to the social/editorial team to amplify across TikTok, Instagram, and newsletters
• Help staff and guests shine on camera, coaching light performances and storytelling
Community & Partnerships
• Build relationships with local groups (fitness crews, DJs, schools, dancers, influencers)
• Host small partner activations or brand drops in-store
• Experiment with co-creation (secret menu items, contests, custom cones)
Production & Ops
• Translate ideas into executable roadmaps with clear timelines and budgets
• Source and manage vendors, artists, and collaborators
• Ensure activations ladder back to business goals — from foot traffic and sales to PR buzz and repeat visits
• Track and report outcomes — repeat what works, refine what doesn't
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years in experiential marketing, event production, or brand activations (hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience ideal)
• Experience with F&B activations
• Equal parts creative spark and project manager — able to dream big AND deliver
• Comfortable being on the shop floor — not just behind a laptop
• Able to work fast, improvise, and stretch modest budgets into unique, creative activations that feel first-of-their-kind — always memorable and stylish
• A sharp eye for originality — you don't copy trends, you create them
• Strong communicator who can rally staff, vendors, and partners around a vision
• Passion for culture, performance, and bringing bold, one-of-a-kind ideas to life
• The power to make people feel seen and excited
• Energized by constant innovation — finding ways to make each week feel fresh, different, and unmistakably SMiZE
