Job Title: Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance

This is a permanent full-time role that requires an experienced senior manager to oversee the implementation of regulatory compliance within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service skills and be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance is responsible for providing leadership, emphasizing adaptability, problem-solving, and communication for the Regulatory Compliance team.
\
This role works closely with and oversees the administrative team that supports the broader regulatory compliance functions requiring an adaptable and agile leader with outstanding customer service skills.
\
As the Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Council processes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria:

* Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or similar; or lesser qualification with substantial experience in an executive assistant/high-level administration role.
* Demonstrated experience in managing an administration team and training staff.
* Demonstrated experience in generating a variety of documentation, reports, and correspondence.
* Experience in an office environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations, showing initiative in responding to challenging and competing work tasks and demands.
* Familiarity and demonstrated experience in working in a regulatory environment, with the ability to demonstrate compliance with legislative framework.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
