**Your new role**
As the Team Leader of Occupational Therapy you will have direct management of up to 10 clinicians. AS key leader within the Perth office you will be responsible for staff development and mentoring. Whilst there is no requirement to manage a caseload you are offered the opportunity to take on clients and operate a dual role. Key requirements include:
- Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists
- Develop training and best practice initiatives
- Support clinicians with management of their caseloads
- Work with the management team to support growth plans
- Deliver project initiatives as per strategic plan
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with proven people management experience in a clinical setting. Key requirements include:
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
- Proven clinical experience working with NDIS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for staff development and innovation
- Previous experience leading strategic projects
