About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to contribute to the development and implementation of culturally responsive education programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cultural safety principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Provide high-level advice to senior leaders on matters related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.

Main responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing education programs that promote cultural awareness and responsiveness
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals and objectives
* Providing expert advice to senior leaders on matters related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
Selection Criteria:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in adult education and training
* Proven track record of developing and delivering successful education programs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
