**Requirements**:
- Minimum of two years of tutoring experience working in a tutoring centre.
- Loud, clear voice and confident teaching style.
- Available a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon-Sun).
- Soft skills: adaptability, empathy, can-do attitude, teamwork.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating English lesson resources to consistently update LYT Education's high-quality resource database.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging classroom environment through interactive teaching techniques that foster active participation and critical thinking.
- Implement effective class management strategies to maintain a disciplined and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Creating customised lesson plans based on students' needs.
- Providing constructive feedback to students.
- Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicating effectively with managers.
