What You'll Do
* Manage a caseload that suits your interests, or enjoy the variety of a generalist caseload across a range of service delivery methods such as community face-to-face sessions, telehealth sessions and in-clinic sessions.
* Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local Leederville office.
* Receive weekly operational and clinical supervision, PD opportunities, career progression guidance and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
* Collaborate with a friendly, passionate, and dedicated team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists who are committed to creating meaningful impact within the community.
* NDIS experience is a plus, but your Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
* Enjoy team social events, team lunches, seasonal celebrations, and opportunities to unwind and have fun together outside of work.
Who You Are
* You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
* You have current AHPRA or SPA registration (or pending).
* You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
* You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
