Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects end-to-end Deep expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory environments Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and security practices Comfortable operating in complex environments with moving parts Able to influence stakeholders and drive decisions when needed Someone who sees problems and thinks: “I’ll sort that” Bonus Points If You Have Experience in retail or highly distributed environments Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Background in mergers, migrations, or remediation programs Experience working in environments with strong change governance The Reality of the Role This is a role for engineers who: Enjoy solving problems others avoid Are comfortable with ambiguity Can navigate process while still delivering outcomes Want to be trusted to get things done properly This is not suited to someone looking for a purely operational or ticket-based role.
