Electrical Specialist - Solar and Battery Expert

We're expanding our in-house team at Plico Energy, operating WA's largest independent Virtual Power Plant with 45MWh+ of batteries powering homes across the state. Your role will involve:
* Fault-finding, diagnosing, and repairing residential solar & battery systems
* Performing routine maintenance and occasional assistance on new installs
* Working safely to WA regulations and industry standards
* Providing professional, friendly on-site support to customers
* Participating in training to build your solar & battery knowledge
* Supervising an apprentice/TA and shaping the next generation of clean-energy sparkies
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
* Fault diagnosis and repair of solar and battery systems
* Maintenance and installation support
* Ensuring safe working practices in line with WA regulations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
* White Card + Working at Heights certification
* Good fault-finding skills and neat workmanship
* Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
* Prior experience with solar/battery systems is beneficial but not essential
