This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading We are partnering with our client, a leading financial services provider to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance and Claims. This role requires expertise in documenting and capturing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and working effectively in an Agile environment. Hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Break down Epics into User Stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are clearly defined. Assess reporting needs and upstream/downstream impacts of requirements. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs for the delivery team, whilst working in collaborating for SMEs. Develop process maps to support functionality being delivered. Collaborate with offshore teams, with flexibility for occasional after-hours meetings. Essential Experience & Skills: Proven experience in General Insurance & Claims domain. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. Experience working with offshore teams and adapting to global delivery environments.
