Talent Acquisition Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. This permanent role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment focused on volume recruitment across multiple blue-collar sites.
About the Role
* This is an end-to-end recruitment opportunity where you will manage active vacancies at any given time, liaise directly with hiring managers, and create job descriptions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume recruitment of 30+ roles at any one time.
* Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
* Supporting on-site inductions and relationship-building with hiring managers.
* Maintaining strong candidate pipelines using tech and ATS platforms.
* Facilitating internal training sessions as required.
* Contributing to the growth and maturation of the recruitment function.
Requirements:
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally in blue-collar sectors.
* Able to work at pace, juggle competing priorities, and own your day.
* Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and able to build rapport.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS or HRIS platforms.
* A team mindset, self-driven, and able to flex between day-to-day delivery and strategic thinking.
